Target, Net Impact, and The Grossman School of Business in collaboration with the Sustainable Innovation MBA program are challenging students to build a more sustainable retail future by reimagining the application and necessity of plastic bag use.
During an evening event including dinner, small teams of students will use a human centered design process to generate and prototype ideas that support Vermont Target guests in getting their purchases to a final destination without plastic bags. After the event, Target will select a top team to win prizes. All ideas will be considered by Target’s Corporate Social Responsibility team for real-world implementation.
This event is specifically for Gen Z students (Age 23 and under). Students will have a free dinner from Sugarsnap and will receive a $20 gift card to Target.
