The Recruiter will source, screen, interview and place candidates on assignments within small start-up clients to Fortune 100 clients. Source utilizing internet research, social media, networking, resume databases, job postings and other advertising. Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide feedback. Perform reference checking and administer background checking. Represent BHSG at job fairs and recruiting events.Merit-based promotion to Senior Staffing Consultant or Sales Account Executive averaging twelve (12) months. Account ExecutiveResponsible for identifying and developing relationships with client companies. In this role you will research, identify and make introductory calls to prospects on behalf of our contract services division. Your goal is to build long-term partnerships with companies by visiting their offices, delivering sales presentations, gaining an understanding of their staffing requirements and working with a team of recruiters to refer appropriate candidates for open searches.Merit-based promotion to Senior Staffing Consultant or Sales Account Executive averaging twelve (12) to eighteen (18) months.
