Responsibilities:In partnership with Financial and Banking Operations Recruiting Manager, execute divisional sourcing for recruiting needs which will include:
interviewing potential candidates, maintenance of records, utilizing client systems to submit candidates, the coordination of candidate interviews (scheduling interviews and managing all logistical details)
Develop relationships which will require managing communications with candidates to facilitate sourcing and recruiting activities
Take calls with clients to discuss recruiting needs as they arise
Assist with on-boarding which will include the tracking of paperwork and required screenings
Contribute ideas for improvement to the overall sourcing strategy.
1-2 year(s) of prior experience, sourcing and/or recruiting experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Adept at information/applicant tracking or VMS databases
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong client service focus
Personable with the ability to build strong relationships
Extremely strong organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high-attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple competing deadlines
